Peace, Stability, and Security
The war in Tigray has militarised society and securitized public and political spaces. Any durable political process and settlement must be accompanied by a credible and comprehensive Demobilisation, Disarmament and Reintegration (DDR) processes and a plan for security sector reform (SSR) at regional and federal levels. It is time to start considering this now.
